Global Experience. In-Market Delivery.

Leaders Bridging Governance & Execution

Ventari Global’s leadership team brings deep international experience across infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial sectors.

Having operated across multiple jurisdictions and complex operating environments, the team understands the challenges organizations face when aligning governance, risk, and operational performance.

Backed by Ventari Partners, Ventari Global combines senior leadership experience, institutional-grade oversight, and practical in-market delivery through an integrated international model.

Bridge infrastructure representing leadership, governance, execution, and connected delivery across complex environments

Ventari Global’s leadership recognized a consistent market gap: organizations often rely on global advisory and engineering firms for strategy and frameworks, while depending on local providers for execution.

When these capabilities are separated, systems can become fragmented, visibility can weaken, and performance becomes harder to sustain.

Ventari Global was established to bridge this gap, bringing together global expertise and trusted local capability through a unified approach to governance, risk, and operational performance.

Deep expertise and strategic perspective bring clarity, direction, and momentum to complex mandates.

Mohammed Almahe

Mohammed Almahe

CMIOSH

Chief AI & Solutions Officer

Mohammed operates fluently in two worlds: as a chartered HSEQ executive with more than 18 years of experience across oil, gas, construction, and complex industrial environments in the GCC, and as a hands-on AI solutions builder who designs and delivers practical tools for safety-critical operations. His conviction is simple: AI in high-risk environments must be led by professionals who understand the risk.

Mohammed built his career in HSEQ leadership across some of the most demanding operating environments in the Gulf region, spanning oil and gas, construction, and multi-site industrial operations. He earned chartered status with IOSH (CMIOSH) and brings deep, practitioner-level expertise across ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 42001, from implementation through internal audit.

Alongside his HSEQ leadership experience, Mohammed works directly in the design and development of AI-enabled solutions. His portfolio includes four purpose-built AI applications supporting the ISO 14001:2026 transition, covering guided learning, a 54-question diagnostic with maturity roadmap, change management, and internal auditor coaching. His work also includes multilingual compliance-mapping agents, AI-powered job hazard analysis tools, and structured HSEQ knowledge systems that give organizations a retrieval-ready foundation for governed AI adoption. Each solution is engineered around a principle he considers non-negotiable: professional validation and human oversight at every decision point that matters.

Mohammed is also an experienced trainer and educator, delivering AI-for-HSEQ capability programs to corporate, government, and accredited-institution clients across the GCC and internationally, in both English and Arabic.

At Ventari Global Group, Mohammed serves as Chief AI & Solutions Officer, leading AI strategy and governance, the design and commercialization of AI-enabled HSEQ solutions, and the firm’s expansion into the Middle East. His role brings enterprise-grade AI capability to the boards, investors, and operators Ventari Global supports across complex, high-risk environments.

His strength lies in closing the most dangerous gap in AI adoption: the space between what technology can generate and what a competent professional can confidently sign off on.
